We are providing 3 separate ways to contact us for support.  Each has it's own benefit.


Submit a Ticket

This is the most efficient way to get your issue resolved.  Tickets have automations attached to them that route them to the correct technician and are far easier for us to track so we recommend this as the preferred method to contact us.  You can submit a ticket by clicking "New support ticket" at the top of the helpdesk page(helpdesk.towerhill.org)



Chat With Us

You may also initiate a chat session with us.  Multiple technicians are able to manage the chat desk simultaneously making this a good way to get a live person during our busy times.  You can initiate a chat session by clicking the chat bottom on the bottom right of the help desk page(helpdesk.towerhill.org).


By Phone

You can also contact us by phone.  However, because we have to work remotely we are only able to have 1 technician manage the phone at a time so there may be times where a technician is unable to answer.  This is why the above two methods are preferred.  We will still do our best to keep the line clear with a live voice on the other end.  The phone number is 302-553-0012
