Below is how you can check the version of Zoom you are running on different devices and update it.
On a Mac
You can check your mac version of Zoom by doing the following...
Start Zoom by clicking on the Zoom icon in your dock.
If you don't have a Zoom icon in your dock search for Zoom by clicking on the magnifying glass on the top right menu.
Type "zoom" in the search window with no quotes. Then double click the zoom app. You should now have the window below(or a sign in menu). Some older versions of zoom may have a different looking window.
On the top mac menu bar you should have a zoom.us menu. Click that and select "About Zoom".
You should now have a window in front of you telling you the zoom version. If the version is lower than 5.0.0 then you need to update Zoom. You can do so by selecting "Check for updates" and then installing any updates from the same zoom.us menu.
On an IOS(IPhones/IPads)
Open the Zoom app then tap the settings icon.
Your Zoom version will be displayed
